Fair, Legal Immigration: Protecting TX-34th Families from Mexico's Failures

 

I believe in fair, legal, and effective immigration. This is common sense – not controversial.

Mexican Americans are the heart of TX-34th: Proud patriots building our future.

 

I am also a Hispanic. This fight is NOT against you or the Mexican American culture. It's against a corrupt government in Mexico City that is letting chaos spill over our border. I support ICE and the Trump Administration's effort to get this situation under control

Mexico's Neglect is Devastating Our District:

• Drug Cartels: Fentanyl trafficking northward; human trafficking preys on our kids. Cartels labeled terrorists – leaving thousands of dead or missing over the course of these drug wars. 

• Illegal Fishermen: Poach millions in red snapper/sharks from Gulf waters – Coast Guard seizes 2,500+ lbs in 2025 alone. These poachers also have ties to organized criminal gangs

• Mexican Semi-Trucks: Clog highways, ignore our safety rules, and destroy roads from border overload – repairs cost millions.

• Nationals Bidding Up Homes: Cash buyers spike prices in Brownsville/Corpus Christi – foreign TX purchases hit $4.8B; locals priced out

 

President Sheinbaum turns a blind eye. In fact she has the AUDACITY to often criticize our own nation while her entire Northern border has been a mess for decades. 

No more. We'll hold her accountable – tariffs, sanctions until Mexico acts.

We are border community. The task to patrol and defend the border belongs to us:

• I will NEVER support blanket amnesty. Deport EVERY known illegal alien brought in under the Biden Regime. The asylum and refugee protected persons, should not have been allowed to enter. This was a clear attempt to sway our electorate

• There is a legal way to get in this nation, and there is an illegal way. Nobody is going to cut the line or be rewarded for having already done so. People who came in illegally without any claim, will be going home. I make an exception for the DACA Dreamers. We will offer them a path to citizenship in exchange for nationwide voter ID laws or overall immigration refrorm

• Green card holders who have been doing HARD WORK in our great country (think the welders, farmers, builders) - I will setup a speedy citizenship process so you can get back to work without the red tape and fear.

• HOWEVER once the existing backlog is processed the allowable visa quota per year will need to be scaled back until we can get a real understanding of how many people are actually inside the country.  Going forward we need to provide strict limitations on how much welfare immigrants can access within their first decade inside the country.

• Build the Wall + Border Tech: Secure every inch of TX-34th border zone. Serve at the demonstration grounds for new capabilities

 

Transform TX-34th: From border crisis to booming frontier. Legal immigrants can thrive. Illegals sucking down welfare, they're gone.
